I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nicely designed with a large bathroom and very clean, yet some maintenance issues like black mold and loose floorboards were present. The service was helpful and very nice, but the dining quality varied. The location was convenient with quick access to the city, yet some aspects felt cold and not suitable for young kids.

I found the hotel to be overall a mixed experience. The rooms could have been a little cleaner, and the hallways outside the rooms were too hot, giving the impression that they were not properly maintained. On the positive side, the service was extremely friendly, accommodating not only to humans but also to animals. The location was convenient for families due to the indoor pool and access to Omaha attractions, although the lack of towels was disappointing.
